This is one of our most popular 2MP camera modules, it is High dynamic range, full HD 1080P resolution with ON Semiconductor AR0230 CMOS image sensor. 

 

The AR0230AT is a 1/2.7-inch CMOS digital image sensor with an active-pixel array of 1928Hx1088V. It captures images in either linear or high dynamic range modes, with rolling-shutter readout. It includes sophisticated camera functions such as in-pixel binning, windowing and both video and single frame modes. It is designed for both low light and high dynamic range scene performance. It is programmable through a simple two wire serial interface. The AR0230AT produces extraordinarily clear, sharp digital pictures, and its ability to capture both continuous video and single frames makes it the perfect choice for a wide range of applications.

 

The current module size is 38MM*38MM (compatible with 32MM*32MM), we can adjust module size and shape as per your requirement. The current lens is standard 3.6mm with 90 degree FOV, and we can also change lens FOV as you need from 40 degree to 220 degree.
