This is our new camera module development aiming at high technology, high end, high temperature applications, unlike most other camera modules which have temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, this module (CMT-5MP-SC5235-C056) can work in harsh temperature environment from -30°C to 85°C.

 

For this camera module, we use SC5235 CMOS image sensor from SmartSens Technology. The SC5235 supports the interline HDR image synthetic algorithm that expands dynamic range up to 100dB. This enables the image sensor to capture clear digital images under both bright light and low light conditions, and this allows the images to be more vivid and clear in dark zone as well.

 

With the best-in-class technology in the CMOS Image Sensor, SC5235 can meet the requirements of various kinds of applications. It can be used in security surveillance systems, ip cameras, car digital video recorders, sport cameras and video telephone conference systems. It can also be widely used under the industrial environmental systems with relatively challenging lighting conditions.

 

The SC5235 comes with many advantages, including high sensitivity, a high signal-to-noise ratio and low power consumption, which provide guaranteed performance for imaging quality. The SC5235 can adapt to the temperature range from minus 30 degrees Celsius ~ 85 degrees Celsius to ensure long-term stability under various application environments.

 

The current module size is 38mm*38mm and compatible with 32mm*32mm, we can adjust its size and shape as per your requirement; The current lens FOV is standard 90°, we can also change it to smaller FOV like 20°, 40°... or to bigger FOV like 180° and 220°,etc
