This is a compact & small dual lens camera, it has 2 different CMOS image sensors, one is Aptina AR0230 and one is Omnivision OV2719. The Aptina AR0230 sensor works during day time and take color images; while the Omnivision OV2719 sensor works in night time or in dark environment and it takes black & white images. Besides, the Omnivision OV2719's lens has 850nm built-in IR CUT filter and it can be used for infrared camera / thermal camera applications.

 

It can be used in many applications, such as facial recognition, gesture recognition, artificial intelligence, security, surveillance, automotive, self-driving vehicles, smarthome, 3D imaging, 3-dimensional measurement, intelligent machine, robotics, access control, scanning, VR/AR, etc
