This is one of our best selling Global Shutter camera modules, it is 0.3MP (640x480) resolution with Omnivision OV7251 CMOS sensor, quality image is very high and stable. 

 

This module can only support MJPG compression format.

 

It mainly supports 2 different Resolution & Frame Rate: 640x480@120fps and 320x240@200fps, but you can NOT get both of them at the same time, thus when you order from us, please tell us which Resolution & Frame Rate do you need for your product and application, we will make it accordingly, VERY IMPORTANT!

 

This OV7251 sensor is very small, only 1/7.5'', and consumes less power than other similar sensors; It has excellent low-light sensitivity up to 10.800 mW/(uW.cm-2.sec)@850nm.
